(Hereinafter THE BRANDS)

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Nextext S.A. de C.V., may collect personal data from the Holder (s) by any means of contact or through any available source of information, either directly or indirectly, on the intelligence that said data collection will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation. ARCO RIGHTS
